Hey Everyone!!!

Below you will see a list of gyms where I teach spinning in Manhattan. If you are on Facebook you can check in- I will post when and where I am teaching and all you have to do is let me know that you want to come, and I will bring you in as my guest- FOR FREE! Obviously I cannot bring too many people in at once so it is a first come first serve basis!
